Single side ceramic PCB
$42.50
This single side ceramic PCB uses aluminum oxide (Al2O3) as the substrate material. It has only one layer of copper, and all components and traces are integrated on one side. The copper layer is bonded, sputtered, sintered, or plated on the substrate. Single layer ceramic PCB has low Dk and Df, high voltage resistance, and excellent thermal conductivity.

Questions & Answers
1.What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard air freight, express courier, and sea freight, which are selected based on your delivery requirements and urgency.
2.What is the flexural strength of alumina ceramic substrates?
It’s approximately 400 MPa. Alumina (Al2O3) ceramic substrate material is brittle and requires careful handling.
3.Which materials are suitable for PCB traces?
Gold, silver, and copper can be used. Gold is the most reliable, silver may corrode, and copper is the most economical.
4.What is the breakdown voltage of a Ceramic PCB?
Alumina ceramic circuit boards have a breakdown voltage of up to 34 kV/mm.
5.What is the maximum operating temperature of ceramic PCBs?
Ceramic PCBs can operate at temperatures up to 350°C. Their excellent thermal conductivity makes them ideal for high-temperature applications.
