8-Layers Mixed Stack up Copper Metal Core PCB
$89.90
Mixed stake up copper metal core PCB is a hybrid multilayer circuit board that combines RF-04 layers with an embedded copper core layer, empowering both high-density signal routing and thermal management. Depending on your requirement, the PCB usually has 4-12 layers and can increase up to 12 or even 20 layers.

Questions & Answers
1. What is your lead time?
1-2 days. We have our own warehouse and stock in large quantities.
2. What is the shipping port?
We ship the goods via the Port of Hong Kong or Shenzhen.
3. What are your payment terms?
T/T, Paypal, Western union, L/C ,ESROW.
4. What’s the key structure of stackup copper metal core PCBs?
It mainly has 4 key structures: signal layers(RF4), copper core, insulating dielectric layers, and ground planes.
5. What’s the difference between MCPCBs and this mixed stack-up MCPCBs?
Compared to MCPCBs, the mixed stack-up metal core PCBs embed a metal core into traditional FR4 layers in a multilayer structure. Though the hybrid stack-up MCPCB has an increased cost, it is also more reliable with higher efficiency.
6. What’s the lead time compared to standard PCBs?
Our general lead time is 1-7 days, and it is expected to be 1 week longer than RF-4 PCBs because of its custom copper core cutting and complex lamination process.
7. Does the stacked copper core PCB support high-frequency signals?
Yes, the RF-4 layers allow controlled impedance routing, and the copper layer also doesn’t interfere with RF signals if well grounded.
8. What’s the thickness of the stacked copper core board?
The copper core board is generally 1-3mm thick.
9. How many stack-up layers do you support? Can I customize it?
It depends on your accurate needs. We mostly make 4-12 layers, and we support up to 20 layers
